Rules, Terms, Conditions

1. Your submission of an entry in this competition signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions as listed here, and any other terms as we may impose from time to time.

2. The competition open to anyone.

3. To enter the StreetPass Malaysia T-Shirt Design, all entries must be completed with a T-Shirt template with a design which includes StreetPass Malaysia logos.

4. All entrants must submit their design in high resolution *.PSD or *.AI format with a JPEG thumbnail (up to 1024px x 1024px) to streetpassmy@gmail.com

5. The StreetPass Malaysia T-Shirt Design commences on 11th April 2012. All entries must be received by 11.59pm, 11th Mayl 2011. Late entries, or entries not in accordance with Rule 4 above will not be considered.

6. You may at your own discretion upload watermarked images of your design for feedback and such. Submission for feedback are only allowed to be post in this event page. Submission posted on the main page will be removed.

7. Each member is allowed to submit up to TWO entries only.

8. The winner will be chosen by the highest vote.

9. There will be ONE main winner whose design will become the basis of the T-Shirt. This design may be modified.

10. All entrants must ensure their entries are original. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries. The Organiser also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a fraudulent, plagiarism and does not breach rights such as copyright and trademarks.
