Vaccination Digital Certificate QR Code Error

The QR Code display on my Digital Certificate is not readable with error message "Invalid Authentication Code!"

I had been writing to MySejahtera Help Desk and JKJAV requesting for rectification for days but no news / reply.

Is there anyone facing the same problem too ? Please advise how should I go about getting this rectify?

Anyone has experience with renting of property to Egyptian / Egyptian family ?

How are them in terms of rental and utilities payment ? maintenance and cleanliness ?

Lease agreement with Property Agent

Property Agent Company X has contact with Company Y is looking for a unit for Company Y's staff. It was proposed that lease agreement is signed between me (landlord) and Property Agent Company X and the Property Agent Company X signed with Company Y (I presumed there is margin out of the sublet).

On first thought, so long as the rental offered is acceptable to me, it should be OK. However, I am not sure of the full hidden consequences or bad side of this arrangement.

Can some expert share with me your thoughts, hidden consequences and foreseeable problems out of such an arrangement ?

Fixed Monthly Site Accomodation Allowance

Dear all,

I will be assigned to work at construction site of other state soon. Instead of Company arranging and renting a house at site for my stay, Company will pay me a FIXED MONTHLY HOUSING ALLOWANCE where payment is not paid together with my monthly salary but requested me to claim by submitting claims (without attaching any receipts/invoice), thus not subject to STD deductions, no declaration in EA form and not subject to personal income tax. However, I feel something is not too right with this arrangement and I am in doubt with the correctness and legality from Personal Income Tax's perspective.

Can some tax expert out there who has knowledge and experience to advise me whether this FIXED MONTHLY HOUSING ALLOWANCE in relation to my assignment to construction site is subject to personal income tax ?
