Disconnect local account from domain

My laptop needs be connected to my office domain but I still want to have a local admin account.

So I have one account for the domain (for work).

But when I create another account, a local admin account, it is still connected to the domain and whatever restriction set by the domain still applies (e.g. cannot use PIN login).

How to I disconnect the local admin account from the domain at the same time still able to log the another domain account for work?

Hi.

Found out some of tiles were scratched during renovation. From research, I found out that you can only remove scratches from marble tiles. For ceramic tiles you cannot really remove the scratches.

Just want to confirm if this is correct?

Any way to remove scratches from my ceramic tiles?

I would like to set a fixed IP for device connecting to TP-Link Archer C1200. I already tried putting in fixed IP in the Windows control panel, network connection. But after doing so my PC could not connect to the router anymore. Any help?
