Manager can't speak English

I find it very difficult to respect my manager when he can't even speak proper English. He speaks mandarin most of the time but when he speaks English ,I feel embarrassed for him. Whenever he speaks English me, it hurts my ears. He makes at least 2 mistakes in every sentence. Sometimes I want to correct him but I just keep quiet because I don't want to embarrass him.
I work in a mnc and think I need someone who I can look up to as my manager. How can I look up to him when he can't even speak properly?

Any advice?

I've been working in accounting and audit line for 5 years now and I have decided not to continue my career in this field. I have an upcoming interview next week for a spot in purchasing . How do I explain my reason of c hanging career? Basically I feel unhappy doing accounting because I have no work life balance. I have to work late everyday and leaving on time at work is a no no. How do I sell my skills in purchasing when I do not have any experience in it?

Typhoid vaccine for food handlers

I come from a background working in food manufacturing companies in the finance department. All my past companies gave us typhoid vaccine but my new job which is also a food manufacturer does not provide it. When I asked my colleagues about it , they have no idea what it is. I thought this is mandatory for food handlers or is it because I'm in the office and I don't deal with the products? Can someone clarify this for me please?

Previous company holding back my payslip

I left my previous company end of last year and when I ask them to post my payslip, payroll told me they did but it never arrived. Same thing happened to my colleague. Apparently the payslip just disappeared. She said she could get the soft copy for me. It's been a month and she has not sent t to me. I want to get my payslip to check if they underpaid me because there was some error in my nov pay. It's been 3 months since I left! Why is t so hard for them to retrieve the soft copy and send to me! Is there anything I can do about it? Everytime I call she keeps telling me she will follow up for me, it was peak period that's why they can do to for me. I think it's just excuses. And I am talking about a mnc now.

Object fell on leg, swollen for a month

An object fell on my leg and my leg has been swollen for a month. There was a bruise in the beginning but I didn't rub it off and the bruise disappeared after a week or so. Few days ago I found it swollen and when I rub it, it hurts and there was no bruise. It doesn't affect my walking butt he lump is disturbing me. Should I just let it be? Or rub it off like a bruise? Or see a doctor? I feel silly seeing a doctor bout this.

Interview Why did you leave you last job?

I left my job after working for 6 months because of long working hours. I couldn't stand it because I felt that I have no life there. We weren't allowed to eat out, I couldn't smile or joke with my colleague because our boss will say that we are not serious about work. It was horrible, no one dared to leave on time because it doesn't mean that you're effective at work. It means that you have nothing to do!How do I tell that in job interviews? I tried explaining to someone interviewing me she ended up thinking I'm just lazy to do my job, not willing to take up new things. I can't say it's a career change because I'm searching for the exact job. Anyone faced this problem too?

Costing accounting jobs

Is this job common? In my previous job, costing executive, I was required to prepare costing, budgeting and projection.

I have an accounting degree I like this job better than general accounting but I find it hard to look for a similar job. There aren't many costing jobs offered around. Can anyone from costing share anything from their experience, how did you end up in costing?Where can I go further in this?
