            <title>Structure Integrity Test on Existing Structure</title>

            <description>A Semi-D sub sale unit in KL purchased by client and their intention is to extend new Master Bedroom , Master Bathroom and additional room on the existing R.C Slab without demolishing and rebuild new structure.             <title>Half past Six contractor&amp;#39;s Job Extension</title>

            <description>Hai there, Izwan here, want to share with future house owner who is doing house extension-e.g Kitchen, porch etc...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So 2 years back got this owner who basically got a house at nilai...after giving all the proper quotations ... owner keep quiet and decided to get a cheaper Indonesian contractor. instead...so just wish him all the best on the renovations lor.... &lt;br /&gt;Got a call last week, ,and he ask to come over and asking for an advice regarding this situation his having....im assuming those typical roof leaking, water seepage since malaysia is currently having its monsoon season....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To my surprise, the renovation extension went horribly wrong. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On my findings , this is the issues that the house is having:-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) The new ground and first floor back extension is not properly structurally design. Any house owner interested to declare their house and get proper CCC certificate ? This is for the house owner that had already renovated their house without a proper MPAJ approval permit and drawings. MPAJ is only doing this once every 2-3 years. Applicable for houses within MPAJ area only.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Benefit of getting proper CCC and as built drawings.&lt;br /&gt;1) Property value can increase and chances to sell the house is much easier&lt;br /&gt;2) Can apply for house (building ) insurance (fire and flood)&lt;br /&gt;3) Higher value for Refinance / revalue of asset .&lt;br /&gt;4) Less troublesome in sales and purchase transfer to new owner. Im interested to sell some unused floor and wall tiles for guocera tiles. Selling it way below market price. those who are interested can whats app me or call me&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;guocera 2&amp;#39; x 2&amp;#39; tiles - RM 5 per piece.
