Need help.

My husband has a house under his name, loan also under his name. We need cash to settle debts so planning to refinance house under my name. Please advise what is the best solution for this.

1. Refinance house under my name. I currently have a joint loan with my dad, but house not under my name.

2. I buy the house from my husband as sub sale.

Please advise which is best solution and cost effective.

Please guide me with this issue. My dad refinanced house 7yrs ago and my name is in joint loan. Now my husband I planning to refinance house under my name. My husband's house is under is name currently. Reason to refinance is to settle pending debts and use balance cash to buy second hand condo. If refinance approved under my name, can I still buy new house under my name? Please advise. Thanks alot

Need your guide please. Sorry for my poor English.

I'm interested to buy a subsale property directly from owner. Its an apartment, price is 430k. I have contacted owner to check how much should I pay as downpayment. Owner said need to pay 2% deposit upon agree of purchase and within 21 days get loan approved with offer letter. Then pay 10% less earnest deposit when sign S&P. Balance 90% within 90days from S&P signed.

This will be my first property. So, i'm not sure how much cash should I need to prepare to buy this unit. If i appoint lawyer, how much need to pay for them? Can i withdraw from EPF for downpayment?

Hi my spotlight search is not functioning.
I have tried to disable and enable it again but all I see is a blank screen with no suggestion at all. It should supposed to have contacts and app listed down together with news. Can anyone guide me? I have followed mostly all steps given in Internet regards to this issue but still no luck. Please assist,

Hi forumers,

Need your advice on housing loan. Sorry for my English.

Currently I have a joint loan with my father for a landed house. I'm not paying for the house as my father already rented it. Now I'm planning to get a second hand house under my name But I don't have enough savings to pay for the deposit and lawyer fees.

My husband hAve a landed house under his name. So what he suggested was to transfer the loan to my name and he would get cash. With that cash he said we can buy a house under his name. I'm not sure if this method wil work. We planned to get a second hand house and rent out my husband's unit later on. Please advice if this method wil work or any other suggestion. Thank you in advance
