the season has come for all durian
lovers.
It is still beginning of the season

mausang wong grd A is
rm28/kg.
Chuk kuik , Xo etc at 15-17rm/kg
around ss2 area.

kindly update
1. types and price.
2. stall( describe exact location)

There is also some online purchase, both for
fresh and frozrn type, what is your experience
in such puchase.?

hi guys,

Tropicana Heights starts version 3,
so far this gems has already launched 2 phases,
namely Fairfield and Parkfield.

Fairfield has sold out, expect vp jan 2016.

Parkfield has partially launch batch by batch.

Do continue uphold this thread, be calm
and respect one another.

Personally looking forward to move in
one of the most premium development
in kajang.

Renovation in the Midst of GST implementation

GST is to be effective from 1/4/2015.
We are also starts our renovation from March
15. spreading over 4-5 months.

When scouting on prices and purchasing on some
of the items, GST often surfaced with
sales person requesting to
purchase by end of march. However
I have no place to keep.

so, some GST expert here , kindly
give some opinion on the prices up or down
of the following
1. Air cond, hoop and hod, refrigerator,
washing machines, all make in malaysia
2. metals , iron related items like gate, grill etc
3. wc, basins, sinks, doors, etc
4. fans, bulbs, wired, sockets, lights etc
5. labour cost

B. 1.some shops offer to lock in
present price, and delivery in may/ june.
I' m comfortable here as expect the inflation
will further increase price, as per present
trend.
2. same as 1. but only lock in the material
cost. e,g. the wrought iron raw
material price.
3. some shop indicate the govt is not
informative on the Gst. they cannot
take any money, and also refuse to
keep stock for you. you have to
make your own decision to buy now
or buy in later months.( sounds very logical
here).

I' m confused and also looks like i have
to gamble by paying early.

Hope to get some opinion and advice from
some of you who is like my condition.

P/s: almost all the contractors, grills, kitchen
cabinets refuse to take in any new order now.
many consumers are starting their renovation journey
and pushing to complete everything
before CNY or end of march.

wondering is the fair worth to visit and buy
some packages. My house is undergoing
renovation and still finalising many matters

Can sifu or past visitors to share

(1) is the fair price offer is attractive
enough? how to avoid past bad
vendors.

(2) most of them claim to be direct from factory
but many of them are in marketing only
what is your experience( good and bad)
for purchasing in the fair in 2013,2014etc

hope you also can give me some worthy
and good bargain booth that we should
visit

May be some of you also can share
your this weekend visit experience.
