Hi fellow good Samaritans,

the situation is, i parked my car at the proper parking lot but there's this car, he accidentally scratch my car when he's leaving.

So, he left a note with his number on it.

The damage is not that huge, it's just an eyesore tho. The repair work + painting is lesser than 300.

Just wanna seek opinion from you guys whether I should claim from him?

USB not working

Currently, the issues that im facing is that
My USBs are not working at all, except external HD and a wireless mouse. However, this morning, even the wireless mouse is not recognized already. I've tried replacing the Usb.inf and usbport.inf. Uninstalling the device driver but is futile. The displayed error message is shown below:
