I&#39;m a foreigner in Malaysia on an employment pass from a MNC for 3+ years now. I happen to lend money to a person and he is like not paying back at all. I have a document that he called as sumpa document as a proof of burrowing money from me with a green inked stamp that reads 50RM in the middle of the chop with day and date on it.<br /><br />What way can i get my hard earn money back? I thought I was helping him, now he is more of a pain in the neck.
