High CFM 80 mm and 120 mm Case Fans

I have a server case (4U) and I am looking to replace my 80 mm and 120 mm case fans with high CFM but low noise fans.

For the 120, I have narrowed my choice to CM JetFlo 120 which I think has sufficient CFM at about 95. Is this a suitable fan to use?

What can you recommend for the 80 mm fans? I need them to be at least 45 CFM and again, at low noise.

Where can I buy both?

Let's say there is an accounting software that costs RM1,000. You have two options.
