Windows unable to start

Hi All,

I am encountering some problems with my pcwhere I cant start my windows and the screen just blank. This happen all at a sudden. I have tried to restart my pc but it does not work and I did tried to repair/format my pc, but when I boot from CD it only manage to load to starting windows then everything go blank again. Could you advise me what is the problem and how to solve this?

I am using windows 7.

The one i bought is 1333 MHz but when I check on the bios its only 1066 MHz. So, my ram is 1333 MHz or 1066 MHz? Need your guys help.
