Will my son go to the feeder school ?

Hi parents ,
My son has been studying in SK Damansara Jaya 2 and he is in primary 5 this year . Next year he will be finishing his primary 6 in the same school . I would like to know if he will be getting the feeder school SMK damansara Jaya automatically or is there Any other choice of smk school that he will be getting . If any of your kids have studied in the same school kindly let me know which school your kids got in secondary school .

I’m interested in buying a unit in this condo since the layout and the price is good but I would like to get all your opinion since my kids are studying around damansara utama area.
First of all how is the condo security , management and traffic congestion especially during early morning . If there are any other issues also about this condo kindly share and give your opinion if this is a good choice as well as you can suggest other condos around pj area which I can consider also .

Hi I want to buy a property for own stay with good CCTV camera all around the condo for safety purposes . Visited few condos but only 2 camera for 1 entire floor which is not enough.
My budget is about rm 1 mil to 1.5 mil max with 1500 sq feet and 3 bedroom minimum .

I’m keen to buy a property in TOD property in cheras with a budget below 400k.
I have chosen emerald 9 & you city 3 in taman suntex .
I have chosen both project but I’m only looking for investment.
During my survey , you city 3 is 100m from MRT & emerald 9 is 400m from mrt .
I want to know your reviews
1, which one is better for investment
2, which mall or shops will do better you city 3 ( mall) & emerald 9 ( shops)
3, who are the shop tenants for the malls or shops
