The story:

This agent told my friend that both medical card and personal life insurance can be continue( before was stopped because of bank issue) , then my fren pay cash for 6 month( med card and life ins) to this agent,

but now he told us that " im sorry ur med card is rejected but personal life ins is approved" and walk away like that, now even no pick up the call.

The priority of my fren is the med card and the agent is confirm that med card can be continue at first,

We plan to report this to the management by email as we feels like conned by this fella…

Anyone have better idea how to report this?

Any tennis player/court at puchong?
