How to setup limited AVP/VSA on Windows NPS?

I assume like vendor specific ids. I am getting confused with the terms, if they are interoperable.

My goal, to get C9300 which is on meraki cloud to do connect to a windows radisu/nps.

But I was told by Meraki Cisco Tech to reduce the listening AVP/VSA from the standard radius RFC to only:
NAS-IP-Address (mgmt of the switch instead of 6.X)
NAS-Port-Type (Async instead of Ethernet)
User-Name
User-Password

I dont know how to only set the listening (AVP/VSA/VSI/policy) on windows NPS to only listen to those specifically and whether i am understanding this accurate.

anyone have any idea?

I wanted to change my package, since my contract for my lines has expired and I was informed that there are new/better packages.

Supports reply was I would need to sign a contract for 24 Months...
No other option was given. Basically stuck in a limbo state.
New Rates = New Contract
Old Rates = No Contract ?

Why would I want to be tied down? Rates are getting competitive, now that TM is rolling out 50Mbps.

There should be an option for Current Customers to have the option to change their rates. Without having to sign up for a new contract.
