CelcomDigi vs Maxis IDD rates rant

I used to use Maxis and the IDD to countries like Singapore and HK were so negligible sometimes I just call without thinking.

Switching over to Celcom and had a 1 hour concall with a client in HK. While getting bored on the call I checked the rates and it was a whopping RM1.44 per min . I cannot believe someone still charges this kind of rates when wholesale cost is US$0.01 per min.

Maxis 132 goes as low as RM0.06 per 30 sec block. I guess next time I need to use IDD I'll just get a Hotlink prepaid card. While I can use Zoom etc, it was just more proper to call the phones with clients

Ookyo unlimited app does not work

Does anyone has experience with ookyo unlimited app not working? Seems like their VPN not properly configured for all gaming apps

For those who are not aware, ookyo makes you use their VPN so that they can force route your traffic to their preferred network /gateway hence you can use unlimited for 4 app you specify. Of course doing so will basically force you into the more congested path they choose but hey, there is no free lunch. You want cheap, have to live with it. Disabling the free/unlimited data VPN you get back the fast speed. So it's fine with me.

But what is not fine with me is that their VPN is not optimally configure. I.e. ports not forwarded properly or DNS request not properly forwarded hence the unlimited apps cannot function. This is pretty much false advertising. Telling you unlimited but cannot use.

If anyone has experience how they resolved their issue other that not using their service, please advice. Don't tell me to talk to support because they might as well use bots because those support just reply you using their standard SOP reply

Reason for sale:I've spent weeks configuring this rig to optimal. I now realised it eating into my work/Life time optimising the rig and monitoring litecoin/dogecoin prices. Its time it goes before my life gets sucked into this whirlpool. The rig is good for someone who wants to get in with minimal fuss. It may take minutes to build a rig but it takes days and month to optimize it (those who has done it will know). Tons of testing etc.

I wouldn't recommend moving the rig around as they are "flimsy", so I'll have to take it apart and rebuild the rig at your desired location. Power draw is around 1300W+ from the wall so you have to be prepared for that. Plus you will need a stable internet connection, wifi not recommended. Heat generated is enough to heat up a freezer
