So, i went to the interview. When i was interviewed, the interviewer told me that they dont hire fresh grad for the engineer position because i am inexperiance <!--emo&:angry:--><img src='http://static.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/mad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='mad.gif' /><!--endemo--> . Yes, im a fresh grad. This made me very angry because why they called a fresh grad for this interview if they are not going to hire a fresh grad from the begining<br /><br />Then the he told me that he can give me a technician position because he said that i need to gain experiance, getting my hand dirty first then i can climb up to become an engineer. If i agree they can just hire me. But i told them that i need to think about it first because engineer and technician work is different. Salary also different.<br /><br />Fyi, its already 6 months since i graduated with a bachelor degree in engineering.
