I am wondering how do you all apply a job that has no salary disclosed?
Most of the time, jobs from linkedIn and Indeed mostly are not disclosing any salary range.
What if the salary range is actually below my expected salary? I feel it's uncomfortable to attach my current salary in resume as well.

Can someone share their experience in this?

Hi all sifu,

Most of the time IT field unable to avoid OT, and sometime it requires few months of continueing OT due to delayed from third parties or other departments. And worst condition is timeline cannot be delayed.

May I know that how would you persue your team members to stay back for OT, may be a couple of weeks to rush the timeline?

I need some advise here.
I am a subsale owner of my condo.
Recently developer released parking lots for sale.
I want to ask does it legal and possible for selling the car parks?
As I know that car park lot always tie to S&P, if I buy the car park lot, how can I prove that I have another car park in future?

HELP! I found bubbles on wall after paint

Hi guys, I need your advise on this:
The wall is yellow color provided by developer, and now I want to apply a layer of wall sealer then only paint the actual color.

But I found that after apply a layer of wall sealer, the developer paint started to have some bubbles and started to peel off.

Any way to rescue? And how can I prevent this kind of situation happen again?

[WTA] Owner lost S&P with Master title

While processing the loan approval, I just found that owner lost his S&P (Cash Buyer) while the condo is still in Master title.
I am worrying about the 3+1 timeline as I don't want to pay interest for the late charges
Lawyer told me that need to take the original S&P from developer again.
May I know if my loan approval is delayed due to need time to get original S&P, does it still my responsibility or owner's?

I feel so worry even this problem is supposed be handled by my lawyer, because I am the person who is going to pay the late charges.

Hi Guys,

If a subsale condo that is leasehold + master title( developer not yet release the strata title), what would be the procedure after signing SnP?
1. Do I need any Consent from Land Office or only permission from developer?
(I read http://www.imowner.com.my/pages/view/prope...dure-before-s-p that stated consent does not needed for master title now a day but I really doubt it )
2. For the 3+1 timeline , that's mean from the 4th month I need to pay 8% if it is late?
3. Do I need CF from owner?
4. What's the difference between Deed of Assignment & Deed of Mutual Consent?
5. Do I need Deed of Assignment (from Owner) in order to apply loan?

hi all, how does bank home loan determine whether it is first home?
does it mean first housing loan or as long as the S&P having the person's name(either joint or alone)?

How about second house? does it still eligible to get 90% loan as well?

Hi all. I would like to need some advise in buying house.
My bf and I are in stable relationship now so we plan to buy a condo( not affordable for terrace houses). We know that currently price is around 400 - 450k for the area like puchong, kepong etc and the house price is raising time from time. Unfortunately we are still need to save for 10% installment and the fastest period we can achieve our target is next 6 months.

Here are our information and we need some advise on how much budget should we target for our very first house.
- Our gross salary total is 7.1k per month , excluding of my bf OT fees.
1. We are holding PTPTN debt around 23k per person but we pay the amount as stated every month(rm100 - 150). Will it affect us in getting loan?
2. Is there any posibility that we can get 35 years loan in stead of 30 years? And what about 90% of loan?
3. Both of us are driving second hand car without any concern in paying loan.
4. If we are not yet registered in marriagee during the time we buy house. Will it be difficulty in getting loan?
5. Currently we are thinking about 400 - 480k condo. Will it be difficult for us to bear the amount? I'm wondering how much can we affors due to condo maintenance fee cost rm200 - 350 per month.
