225/60 R17 recommendations

Hey y'all,

I'm driving a 2019 Subaru XV, currently using the Conti MC5 (225/60 R17) that came with stock with the car. It's definitely looking like I've gotta change them in the the next few weeks.

Just wondering any recommendations for tyres around the rm450 and below price range?

Also when I was at the SC, they had a promotion for Yokohama bluearth. 5pcs(including spare) for RM2120 incl of alignment and balancing; should I take them up on this offer?

Hi guys,

Not sure if this is the right place for this topic but I just wanted to see what you all think.

I have been working for this company for the past 4 years already and in Dec'19, I was offered a promotion along with a 1k increment which would come into effect after I completed the required training as per the promotion letter . I finished all of my training in March'20 but of course by then MCO already announced and I was informed that my increment was frozen for the time being and I understood of course since their business was affected. In May'20 they announced a further 10% salary cut for all the staff, which again all of us understood and accept for the time being.

Usually in my company after completing the training, the increment would be backdated and my understanding at the time they froze my increment was that when business improves and things pick up again that my increment would be backdated since the start of my offer later but I was told that they would only increase my salary and not give any backdated salary,

My legal knowledge is limited but I am surprised since the black white mention salary increase from Dec'19 wouldn't they technically owe me that 1k increment since the start of the letter?

Don't get me wrong I am very grateful that I still have a job and am still working and earning money but just wanted to make sure they aren't screwing me for no reason.

Okay so last time when i had a ps3 everytime i play someone online it shows up in the players met area but now in the ps4, they dont show up, instead it says no players met, i have played destiny,fifa,nfr:r and watchdogs and nothing lol does anyone know why and how to fix this?

Hey guys I am driving a 1995 Ford tx3 mt and I was wondering why is it that if I engage 3rd or 5th gear and I keep it in those gear for a certain amount of time it kicks it out and becomes free do any of you what causes it?
