Company ask to pay for mistakes, what should I do?

I've caused company to have a minor lost (RM2K) for wrong ordering last week.
I've already officially resign last 2 weeks & last day is this friday because they intend to fire me previously by giving me multiple warning letter.
My boss came over talk to me, says he won't be responsible for the wrong ordering, ask me to bare the cost..
Are we all responsible dollar to dollar? I'm losing a job and could not afford to bare the cost.
Need serious help. Thank you.

Car loan guarantor questions.

I'm asking this on behalf of my girlfriend.

My gf wants to buy the new myvi with her brother & share the car.
She don't mind the myvi to be her brother's name. The brother needed a guarantor and bank says her money is too less to be the guarantor.
Her salary around 1.8k after epf same as her brother's salary. Bank require guarantor's salary to be 2k+ but their parents have no good records to be guarantor too.
Her father working based on project & no epf & stuff while mother is not working. Parents is out of the picture.

How could they still apply for the loan?
Lets say if they change from myvi to axia/2nd hand myvi, do they still need guarantor above 2k+ salary?
I hope to help her but guarantor must be related.

Travel around the world?

Is travelling around the world experience really worth it?
Its a dream ever since I'm a child & might as well see the world before mati.

Financial wise, is it stupid to spend 70k out of savings 100k to travel since I'm still young and have energy.
70k isn't easy money, takes years of saving then habis is 2-3 months & in malaysia can do many things with it.
This is probably lone ranger travelling since not many people willing to fork out this cash or rather spend elsewhere.
I also sked bored always alone for few months hmm.

Mind sharing your thoughts, opinions & experience?

So I work 6 days a week and today is a holiday.
I just wants to sit in front of my computer and just chill for the rest of the day.
Meanwhile, my friends, family & girlfriend also angry I choose to isolate myself and not bother going out.

I tried to explain I need this isolation since I work 6 days, holiday is a god-send but all they're saying is that
usually I also don't have time for them, now its finally an off day, I should've spend time with them.

Beautifying my bike

So I have a ninja 250,the fairing are messed up..
Plan to replace the fairing & beautify it while I'm at it.

Usually what would you do to beautify your bike?
So far on my mind is changing windshield, exhaust, repray bike or wrap it. What else to do & where should I look to change these things?

I really like the paint/spray of the h2r. What should I look for to get similar visual?

Ive seen Acer having 32' 1080p & 40'+ 4k around 2.2k price
I'm finding for 32' ~ 35" 1440p but under 2k price.
Is there any out there? It seems hard to find large budget monitors.

This is my very first job & I've requested for rm2300 salary.
Boss says that its okay, but he will give me rm2000 first during probation.
Then they give me the offer letter stating that I will have a raise after confirmation not less than annual raise bla bla bla.

After 3 months probation, I realize I didn't get my raise so I went and talk with my boss.
He said I misunderstood & stated that in the 3 months time I learn more than I contribute to the company,
then say currently the economy not so good & stuff. He said he will raise accordingly when you start contributing to the company.

Now working for half a year, got press by the company gaogao. Everyone just start throwing their workload at me.
Weekend also work until 5 without OT pay & give unreasonable deadline. There is a few manager & director, they didn't consider what I have on my plate.
No raise, No good teammate, Nobody leading.

Now really don't have the heart to continue cause seems like fell into chinaman company but relative say that
I am still young how come little bit also couldn't take it. But now that I've worked half a year, I thought might as well work a full year.
At least look good on the CV or maybe end of year maybe will get raise or maybe I'll be better at handling my workload.

If you're in my situation, what would you do?
