Dear all members,
Please avoid to go to the Laundry shop(Rosbery Laundry) posted above which located at Sri Petaling near Restaurant Oversea, you'll regret if you visit there
my story is as below:

i sent 3 winter jacket to this Laundry shop during January before CNY.
Case 1:
They promise to give me my clothes before cny and they'll give me a call when the clothes are ready.
I didn't received any call till the 10th days of CNY

Case 2:
Went to collect the clothes without informing and ask y they didn't inform me when the clothes is ready,
the uncle answer that they got call but i didn't pick up the call, but i didn't received any missed call within that period

Case 3:
2 out of 3 jacket i sent got defected,
first cloth which is the worst case as below:

The uncle attitude is very bad, make my cloth become like this but he's trying to argue with me.
People already very sad because of my lovely clothes get defected but he never apologize to me and trying to throw the responsibility to third party who help him to clean my clothes. This is really bad, even he wanna pay me back but i couldn't get the same clothes which i like so much and this cloth is from Taiwan, can i claim the Taiwan air ticket from him????

The 2nd cloth got a few drop of oil on it and i asked him why, his answer is "Your cloth oredi got this before is it?" with a very bad tone, omg, not to say my clothes do not have the oil drop before wash even if yes, he suppose to clean that for me not to stand there and try to find someone to blame to

The 3rd cloth got a few dust on it and i ask him why, his answer is my cloth material can easily stick dust, oh no, i give u my cloth to wash not to ignore those dust.

All the above incident occur, the uncle i think is the boss never apologize to me!! This is so rude and irresponsible

Really disappointed on this laundry shop and i'm afraid other people will face the same problem as me so i'm here to share out my experience, hope all members who live in Sri Petaling think twice before go into this laundry shop

hi, can someone please help me.
i had found out that some people can't add reply on my thread, when someone trying to add reply then there will have an error message saying that 'you have no permission...'
May i know why? Can help me to solve this.
