Hi all Sifus,

Anyone can share the method on how to convert accented password that recovered from Microsoft cracker into normal characters?

Forgot the password for all my word files storage. Tried my luck in using some free password cracker online and manage to found the password but the password is in accented/special characters which can only be used to open one file.

Appreciate much if anyone can help. Thanks.

Stamp duty exemption 50% exercised for 2nd house?

Dear all, is it possible for the 50% stamp duty exemption to be exercised for second residential house? This is because I planned to buy a low cost apartment as part of investment for my house which I do not wish to use the Stamp duty discount since the cost is cheap.

Hi all,

Here is my problem, my GF and I have been in relationship for half a year. She's younger than me 4 years and had just completed her diploma studies, while I'm already working.
She was about to enroll into a local institution for further studies untill recently she is considering studying abroad with her group of best friends for five years. She wants to go but shes worry bout leaving me alone, so do I think that LDR would not work as well. Although I do love her very much but I don't think I would be able to wait for her, as I plan for stability while she prefers exploring different experiences. I'm struggling to decide whether to breakup for her to leave without worrisome, wait for her or persuade her to stay, but I want her to be happy and not to regret by her decision later. Any kind advice is appreciated. Tq.
