Problem with Acer 4830TG Sound

Guys, I just received my Acer TimelineX 4830TG today. When I put in my earphone/speaker into the jack, sound can only be heard from the left side of the earphone/speaker. No sound comes from the right side. My earphone/speaker work properly with my other pc. Is something wrong with my laptop? Can anybody assist me?

I just switched to DiGi from Maxis last month. When i received my bill recently, the billing is messed up. I consulted witH DiGi CS via D'Chat. Here is the transcript:

(9:40:38 am) DiGi CS: Your monthly commitment is RM50.
(9:41:01 am) xxx: the usage charges (call, sms, gprs) is 54.87, stamp duty is 10.00, service tax is 4.16 and itemized billing is 1.60. so the total would be 70.63, not 97.30. there is another charge called monthly fixed charges which i have been charged for 26.67. that made total amount to be paid is 97.30. what in the world is that monthly fixed charge?

(9:51:15 am) xxx: i hope i could trust you. i switched from maxis to digi because they messed up with the billing. i really hope digi won't do the same thing as maxis does. otherwise, i might switch to another. by the way, that's all. thanks
