Encounter a liar during a cod in setapak area

Hey guys, for a buyer to buy a thing sure buy those fit the descriptions. But i met this china guy. His post written only FAULTY S4 with crack sreen. Obviously you will have a first thing in mind that is a faulty s4 which is screen crack.

Before we met i sms him do the phone os has any problem and he say theres bug which you can re-flash the firmware by yourself.

Then we met in this festival KL mall. He show me his phone which is same as the photo and check the phone by turning it all. All function are ok such as wifi, bluetooh and etc BUT when i check the IMEI, it is NULL which obviously is not a BUG -.-

He gave me excuse that the seller reset dy something is wrong. If the faulty S4 is more than a screen crack, why you no mention. When i show him his S4 is no imei, he give me a very weird face. Behind the S4 which as no samsung warranty, suspect is a AP version some more.

After rejected this guys offer and went back home, he start shoot me at my post which say i no money or bla bla bla. I review his lowyat acc which thought he is a trustworthy but the truth is hes not.

So i didnt know did i miss any detail in this post but just to aware those who wanna buy in that section, double check the device while cod. If not just reject the deal.
