[Need Help] Weird Wan IP for Streamyx

Modem: RIGER DB102 (TM MODEM)
Router: RIGER DB102 (TM MODEM)

Problem details
First occurence of problem: Set to auto PPoE dialup
Problem frequency: persist!
Problem description: When I set to auto PPoE dialup, I keep getting 2.2.2.65 IP address where this is not suppose to be TM's ip address. Even when connected I can surf the net. Ping to any net address failed.

Anyone got this problem before? Any solution?

Should I upgrade from FX8 to Canon Ixus 60 ?

1. I know that FX8 is 5 megapixels digicam and Ixus 60 is 6.0 megapixels camera.
2. Ixus have ISO till 800 sensitivity and FX8 400 only.

Should I keep this camera or should I pay extra to upgrade?
