How much loan can I get?

My monthly gross income from working is RM4,100, I have bought a condo last year with loan of RM240,000 for 20yrs (monthly installment RM1400.00++).
I also have a car with loan RM47,000 (monthly installment RM891.00)
Now I plan to buy another property, may I know am I still able to get loan? What's the maximum loan can I get?
Other than that, I have saving of RM150,000.
Can somebody advise? Thanks.

This share is TEMPORARY down from peak price RM0.71 (26/05/09) due to heavy selling by IJM staffs (they got offer to buy it at RM0.302 and the date of transaction to their CDS account on 27/06/09), that's why it dropped a lot on 27/05/09, everybody wanted to sell and get cash.
But now, the selling force is over and there's no problem with this warrant, it is still having the potential towards RM1.00!!!
How I know this? Because I'm working for IJM...

Anybody know how's MKLAND doing?
Last 2 weeks it dropped from RM0.42 to RM0.355, what happened?

What Happened to COMPUGT?

I bought COMPUGT on 12/05/09 total 160,000 shares at 0.125.
From that day onwards, the price went down and moved around 0.10 ~ 0.115 until yesterday.
But today afternoon, the price went down to 0.095 lowest and closed at 0.10!!!
Anyone knows what happened?!
What's your opinion on the price of coming days?
The financial result announced yesterday shows it has +33,000 of profit in 1st quarter (taken from TheStar website).
