Hi, Anyone here can teach me how to update the bios for gigabyte DQ6 version F3 to latest version F5???

coz my pc will auto restart .. So, i need to try to update my bios to latest version...
so anyone can elp me on this???

Hi, I have problem when during i play games(eg Heroes V or NFS Most Wanted), my pc will auto-restart. This pc i just buy at low yat

Spec:

Processor : Intel E6300
M/B : Gigabyte P965-DQ6
Ram : Cosair XMS2 6400 1GH
VGA : Galaxy(OC) 7900GS PCIE
ROM : 1 * Combor drive + 1 * DVD-RW
HDD : SeaGate SataII 160
Sound : Creative SB Audigy 2 ZX
PSU : CM Real Power 450w
FAN : 1 * 8" LED Fan (behind the Casing)

Early that time i suspect is power supply no enaugh power to support my pc. So, yesterday i buy the new PSU (CM real power 450w) , but still have the same problem.

now i suspect is h/w problem...but i dun knw how to check which part have problem. or is bios not up-to-date... now my bios version is verison 3 but latest bios version is version 6... hai....

I really have trouble on this problem. ...
I really hope everybody here will help me on this problem...or give me a solution...
