After streching,

Dips x 15
Machine Chest Fly x 8 (50 weight, should be Lbs)
Leg raise x 15 (using the dip frame)
Leg press x 8 (150kg)
Bench press x 8 (20kg + bar, the one with framing)

As little rest as possible before continuing next exercise, 3 laps, rest time increase with lap due fatigue.

Please comment. Focusing primarily chest and abs, injured wrist not emphasizing on biceps.
