Renovating a wall between 1st and 2nd Floor

Hi all, may I know your view on this?

I have a two-storey residential house. Bottom floor is currently used for business purpose (stocking, online retail etc) and the 2nd floor is unoccupied and I would like to move into the 2nd floor (like moving into a condo).

So I want to build like a wall with a door which separates the first and second floor. The entry door would be at the 2nd floor only and will be fitted with a separate lock to give it the complete separation of business and residential feel.

I want to know how much would this cost for the wall? Glass or other material any difference? I'm not considering erecting a concrete wall as there is a future plan to shift out the business operation at 1st floor and the entire house will be used for residential.

Curious why no interest is generated around the Galaxy Watch announced along side Galaxy Note 9.

No online retailers are offering pre-orders, and limited coverage from the media. Does Galaxy Watch resembles Gear s3 Frontier too much that the general public did not notice a new smartwatch being in the market?

uMobile GX 30 and GX50

Hey all

uMobile just launched the GX30 and GX50, which has unlimited data allocation but capped at 3Mbps and 5 Mbps respectively.

I have no issue with the speed, but I'm wondering if I can purchase GX30 as a standalone sim, and then put it in my broadband modem, then plug into my laptop?

Will this count as hotspot? Or would it not work at all?
