I intended to renovate cement bathroom, something similar to these pictures. anyone knows how to make it or the steps of doing it? i've asked a few Indonesian workers but they seem not very familiar and discouraged me of doing so, stating that the problem of algae, water seeping, not long lasting, high maintenance and the cost is almost the same as per tiling so on and so forth. is it true?
hope you guys can give an idea.

also do you know how to make such flooring for car porch / outdoor? is it very costly?

dear all,

I've rendered the whole 1st floor smooth with concrete/cement flooring and i planned to do the same for the whole ground floor but i found the natural cement colour is very dark, how to whiten it? can we asked those marble polisher to polish the cement surface? i intended not to install any floor tiling because of the cost but now in dilemma.

I just came across this Concrete Polishing, is it very expensive? how much per sq/ft?
