1phase / 3phase?

My new house currently is single phase power. Plan to have 6 x 1HP ac, 2 water heater, 1 fridge, auto gate, 6 fans + lights.
Single phase boleh tahan or not? Or need to ugrade to three phase? I heard that upgrade to three phase may need to rewiring the whole house.
