Advise needed: Gaming PC budget of RM10k

I'm quite a noob when it comes to building a rig, but I'm planning to build a new gaming rig before Christmas as a present to myself. Would appreciate any of your pro advise here based on my idea below so far:

Total rig budget (excluding monitor) : RM9 - 11k (with monitor i'm expecting about RM12-13k)
Rig purpose : Gaming, ranging from MOBA, FPS, and AAA titles. Planning for a 144hz 1440p setup
CPU : Currently leaning towards Ryzen 9 3900x (unless there's a confirmed release date for 3950x but im not sure on the price differences). But i'm open to explore your opinion on intel i7-9700 too
MOBO : Leaning towards X570. But not sure which variation yet, need some help here too please
GPU : I think 2070 super should be enough? Unless the 2080 super is worth the difference.
RAM : 16gb
SSD : 500gb
Case: Flexible, as long as not too hard on the eyes hahaha
Monitor : any decent affordable ones to recommend? 144hz 1440p

Overall I would like if this build can sustain AAA titles for the next 2-4 years (doesnt need to be ultra settings. Just run the games smoothly enough above 60 fps at medium-high is fine)
