iPhone 5S Front Camera Problem

My iP5S Spec N Conditions

iOS 7.0.5
Jailbroken
Bought April 2014

At anytime if open front camera just freeze/hang/blur. Plus cannot click to take picture. But then close from multitasking open back switch to rear camera everything ok. Just facing problem with front camera.

Anybody here facing same problem?

Tried to semirestore but still facing same problem. No idea hardware or software problem.
