why my monitor dont have red color?

please help me,yesterday i bought a new system but when i plugged in ,my monitor doesn't show red colour.The red colour was replaced by black and grey .i change the monitor with another monitor but it was just the same.
maybe its because of a faulty gpu i think.
please give an advise.i need a solution.

1)Dell 1025TM 17" 1600x1200
2)Philips 227EQ 22" 1920x1080

i have a question.should i buy the sapphire r9 270 dual-x or sapphire r9 270x dual-x .both 2 gb.is there any major different between this two?and what is the wattage?can fsp 500hnn handle it?or need a cooler?

im currently have the dell trinitron 19'' p991 crt monitor
i was thought the resolution is 1600x1200.
the question is should i get an lcd monitor or just stick with the crt monitor?and i want to know more which of this monitor better for gaming.the pros and cons between this two

im seeking an i5 (maybe haswell) processor n i found i5 4570 is a good processor.im confused to choose between i5 4440 or i5 4570 or mybe a better one .
budget rm650
purpose gaming like crysis 3,bf3,codbo2 and other future games,surfing the net and some photo editing.
so will you all guys help me to choose the best i5 proc(haswell) under budget rm650.
im not interested on overclocking.
