Just wondering what do you guys think of this development and has anyone bought it?<br /><br />What&#39;s the current offer package? Last I heard it was going for approx RM800 per sq ft before discount, rebate of 5% (apparrently now 8% but price has increased by a little), free SPA and loan fee, etc. <br /><br />Based on propwall&#39;s review, it seems like a decent project.
