Item being bought: Lian Li PC-X1000 @ RM1,489 + postage.

Date of transaction: April 22, 2010

Details of the complaint (Summary):

- Mid April: Inquired if he has the particular Lian Li case in stock.
- Replies "yes, please bank-in + postage blah blah blah"
- Did an online transfer via HSBC (have records)
- Finally confirms received payment after a week of quietness and many queries
- Almost 2 weeks later and I asked where my item was, suddenly says "cannot find stock".
- I asked if he has something similar, he says yes, but I'm wary. So I decided not to proceed.
- 18 May: we agreed on refund. I understood this could be a long winded process, so I'm patient. Provided him my bank details.
- 1 June: I asked again. Still no refund. Says, "Ohya... sorry bro... probably my account miss out your payment... will arrange asap..."
- 10 June: I asked again. He says, "bro... can send me your full company name again?" Bloody stall tactic. I send the details again.
- 12 June: (Saturday) he says "ok... arrange and will deposit to u on monday.., "
- 18 June: I asked again politely. Replies "yes bro... today will bank in the cheque...". I asked him to MMS me a pic of the bank-in slip. He says "sorry, wont be free to do tat... got job to rush today... u will received it for sure next week.... thx and sorry for all the trouble caused."
- I replied instantly and said he owes me that much, he can just do. NO replies.
- 22 June: STILL NOTHING. No records, no replies.

Here I am today. Almost 3 months now, it's pretty obvious he's received my payment. But after that it's all lies after lies.

From his profile, he was last online today still.

Should I name this company and bank details? Help please.
