Breast Milk

Dear all the mummy,

I have a question on breast milk.

There are 8 packs of breast milk in freezer, last night, my father accidentally not closing the freeze door properly at 730pm. End up, this morning at

6am only found out and all the 8 packs breast milk melted.

Can i know do this melted breast milk still can drink by baby?

Type of Pipe Should Use

Hi Lowyat-ian,

Just want to get some opinion.

Issue
------
Yesterday, i found out that my house water pipe burst. When i on the water supply from main meter pipe, the meter run very fast and the water come out to other drainage. The water did not reach Water Tank. I asked the plumber to check, they confirmed that it was water pipe burst somewhere in my house but they said not worth to hack the wall and find where does it burst.

Plumber proposal
--------------------
The plumber propose that to connect another line of water supply from the meter->car porch->Wall->Roof top(one pipe go Water tank, one pipe go to the back of the house). The one go to back of the house will connect to the kitchen and washing machine water supply.

They propose to use UPVC pipe bs 3505 15mm class 6 (2.1mm) , they claim this pipe less problem compare to the rubber pipe(the black color rubber with blue strip) thats normally use by the house developer.

My survey

I asking around the nighbour, they said that NORMALLY the black color rubber with blue strip. This make me wonder which one is good.
I have no time to check on internet, as my child always kacau kacau me. I only have little bit time to type in lowyat here. I will check again when my child sleep later.

My question
---------------
1. Which type of pipe can last longer? black color rubber with blue strip or UPVC pipe bs 3505 15mm class 6 (2.1mm)?
2. The whole project of connect another line of water supply cost me RM1.5k, 2 days work, 3 chinese workers, do this price consider OK? too expensive?

My brother got his STPM result with

Pengajian Am - A
Math T - A-
Biology - B+
Chemistry - B-

He is interested in below courses

1. Pharmacy
2. Optometry
3. Biochemistry.

However, when checked most of the Uni or College requirement, it say Min B for Chemistry.

Is there anyone getting B- and able to enroll on above courses?

Let say, he really want to stick on this courses, is there any option available rather than retake STPM for Chemistry subject or using SPM (Chemistry-A-) to take foundation course?

I am using Aztech DSL605EW more than 5 years. Today i found out that all my Ethernet port(LAN Cable) was unable to connect. The router only have POWER,WIRELESS, DSL, INTERNET light on even i plug in the LAN Cable.

Is my router ethernet port problem? or the router consider spoil dy?

I plan to buy a camera. I went to Fotokem, they introduced me on Olympus E-PM1.

I attracted by this Olympus E-PM1,because the salesgirl claims this camera can shoot/capture the object very fast?

Anyone use this Olympus E-PM1? How is the quality of this camera?

My budget is around RM1800.

Usage- Only normal use at home to shoot baby photo, perhaps use on traveling to capture some scenery.

Besides this camera, any other brand recommended?

Is my wife pregnant?

Dear all,

My wife last month period was started on 25 Dec 2010. She has a regular period cycle which is 28 days.

when i checked ovulation calendar on the website....babyhopes.com, it stated that if there is no period on 24 Jan 2011, probably wife will pregnant.

Last week, Friday, i bought a pregnancy test kit, result was negative.

For those experiences mother,husband or mother and father to be, can you advise what is the next step? see doctor? or use pregnancy to do retest?
