Need help with usb ethernet adapter w8.1 fix

I need help, i have a surface 3 and just bought and unbranded cheap usb ethernet adapter..try it on an old window vista machine got no problem..when run at my surface suddenly got drivet fail..i go to asix official website(since that is d name of d device shown in window) and download d latest drvet for w8.1..then still driver fail..done my investigation then found out that d driver can detect that d usb ethernet is a non genuine adapter and refuse to work..is there any workaround to this or should i just try to return the thing and buy a much more expensive usb ethernet adapter such as from dlink(microsoft one is tooooo overpriced)..thx evryone..

Currently theres is a promo at my place for stock clearance on surface3 2gb ram/64gb version..it came with type cover, 32gb sd card and tempered glass screen protector..and the price is around rm2200..is it worth it?or shud i just go for the 4gb/128gb versio. Which cost me 2.8k without any promo whatsoever and also without the tempered glass and sd card..hmm

Wanna ask..i have a hyperX savage 1600mhz CL9 8gb ram sticks which cost me rm255 and just recently bought..i look around d forum ppl suggesting value ram of 8gb stick which cost rm240+-..now why does d pricing is so close?..is d performance really that similar n my ram only have a glorious heatsink on top of d ram itself which add little to d price?..i mean one is supposed gaming ram n one is value oriented one..

Need some opinion and views from expert here..im upgrading my pc with a better mobo da is a z77 from a dh67 so i can nw upgrade to better ram..my question is shud i go with 2x4gb stick for an 8gb 1600mhz or one single stick for 8gb 1600mhz for better future upgrading..the problem is with my cpu cooler which covers my first slot(a hyper t4) and will not allow me to use tall ram except for slot 2,3 and 4 which i prefer to use slot 2 and 4 for dual channel)..my preferences is to use a single stick of 8gb so in d vry near future if im upgrading to 16gb..i can use two slots only(dua channel)..say my current budget is rm300..what is d best ram i can get..since a value ram for 8gb stick is quite expensive also i think its best to just go wit gaming grade ram right.

I currently have a pc build that i bought 3 years ago with spec of i5(stock cooler, planning to go custom soon), mATX motherboard, gtx560ti OC gigabyte, 1tb wd blue hdd, a dvd writer and gx650w psu..and i play heavyyy games
and everything is cramped inside my cooler master elite 342 that limits my upgrade(what a cramped space, regret not buying bigger case, just want cheap and portability that time)
so i plan to change my casing to cooler master k380( nice size) which would allow better airflow since its got loads of ventilation entry point and is actually relatively cheap for rm150+-..
what do u guys think, is there any other budget alternative like this..or should this time go drect to high end HAF series or other brand high end case..since such a small case with cramped internal prove to have heat problems(fan running maxspeed almost all d time)

Second is the custom cooler, what is the best custom cooler that is value for money for lga1155..any ideas?sorry for long question.hehe
