            <title>Need Help on increasing my lower body agility</title>

            <description>Hello,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;m a footballer actually, I always dream of playing as fast as Cristiano Ronaldo(especially the footwork). I&amp;#39;m been lean for now. Currently 181.6cm with 75.5 kg. But I still can&amp;#39;t doing fast footwork as Cristiano Ronaldo. My coach told me to do Rope skipping .But , I&amp;#39;m too bored with it now.  Anyone here can give me some idea on increasing lower body agility?  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks&lt;br /&gt;Regards</description>
