Lots of people boikot certain branded stuffs because of their army shooting people

In reality, this is kinda silly, because the only people who suffer is local people, as its our jobs which will be taken out from these mcD, starbucks, microsoft outlets.

But then again, maybe the boikot is good. It is time to realise that branded stuffs are money squeezing, fattenning, daylight robbery, and no value for money

instead of buy nestle coffee, we can buy cheaper nicer tongkat ali coffee
instead of buy starbucks, we can buy cheaper nicer Indocafe*
Instead of buy McD, we can make a healthier burger bakar
instead of buy microsoft, we can use free microsoft
instead of buy apple, we can use cheaper samsung/sony/chinaphone
instead of use expensive JnJ shampoo, we use shikabutsu shampoo on sale in Aeon Big
instead of drink coke/pepsi, we drink healthier cheaper plain water
etc.

*I personally made an experiment, where i bought a starbucks latte, and indocafe, and asked my friends to do a blind test. 48% got it wrong. that means, starbucks coffee isnt significantly different from indocafe.

hence, we can +health, and become a multi millionaire by the time we retire. Win Win situation. No need boikot israel for israel. it is time we start taking "brands" objectively, and compare items based on value, and quality. and impact to health and financial standing.

OH WAIT who am i trying to advice?! Brand is everything yo! YOLO!! apple logo gets you laid! samsung=geeks! starbucks gets you korean girls! etc

5 years ago, Internet was the place i can fake myself. i can have a hidden IGN/handle, i can fake myself, and live a virtual world

now i feel im faking myself in real life.

I am not anti-israel, if they come drink beer in front of me ill probably be okay with them, but i am anti-IDF and israels government

Likewise, im not pro-hamaz, but i do pity the people of Palestine. if you put a hamaz in front of me ill probably wack him with a germany car stick.

But at work with muslims, i must give an impression that i support all of palestine and anti all of israel, as otherwise they will take the morale high ground and say IDF boom this IDF boom that.

Likewise, when im dealing with my clients i might have to give an impression that i dont exactly anti-israel as in the people of israel, just that the govt is doing things wrong. Otherwise they will take the morale high ground and say hamaz this hamaz missile that hamaz rocket that

So i feel more fake in real life lol than i am in the internets. Sure, im behind a fake IGN/handle, but at least i can be myself on the internet without people attempting to dominate moral high grounds.

Why girl value fall after 30 years?

Hey guys, im just wondering

my colleagues said that the value of a girl falls after 30 years.

However, i cant accept this statement, because mathematically, due to gender equality, women salary is rising faster and faster per annum as it "catches up" with the salary of men, this results in greater human capital (due to higher future growth of salary going forward), and greater financial capital (due to more current salary, allowing more funds to be kept, more property to be vested, and more EPF).

Furthermore, we observe the following:
- More and more women in universities means higher potential for more women skilled workers, which implies higher human capital and financial capital
- Lower and later marriage rates means, means more women will earn more,which implies higher human capital
- Move towards gender equality, which means the gap will be bridges, allowing financial capital for women to burst even further

Hence, after 30 years, the value of women will actually increase, as value of a human = human capital + financial capital, and i dont see salary of women falling anytime soon, which reflects higher human and financial capital

So can someone explain the theory behind value falling after 30 years? cuz it just does not add up.

Inflation for Dummies

Im going to write a small piece, on what is inflation? Why do you feel more inflation than this number? and Why the only people who hates inflation are dumb serfs.

1) What is inflation?
Inflation is measured by the CPI. What it means is, bank negara takes a combination of goods, monitor the price, and takes some weighted average of the price and measures the change.

If BNM says inflation is 3%, than the price of this basket has increased by 3%.

The weights as of now is:

2) So why BNM says 3%, I suffer 15% inflation?

This is simple, that means your spending is skewed towards high inflation items. as a rule of thumb, i classify goods in a few classes

0% to -6% exposure to inflation: Recurring Spending in property. Recurring investments in equity and REIT's.
0% exposure to inflation: Recurring Spending in TV/electric goods/smartphones/PC
0% to 6% exposure to inflation: Spending on the above basket of goods
6% to 15% exposure to inflation: Branded clothes/items, Branded cars, mamak, High end restaurant, Watches, Services, Spa, Hotel, Travel, Tourism, Sports items, High end items.

If you spend 50% of your money in branded cars, and 50% in the basket of goods, your inflation will obviously be 10%+ instead of 3%.

3) So, Why the only people who hates inflation are dumb serfs?

Very simple, any financially savvy person will have negative exposure to inflation. they LOVE inflation, because property and equity ownerships are hedges to inflation. when inflation is high, they get richer and richer faster and gets an increase in purchasing power.

Example Combo will allow the person to have negative exposure to inflation (ie: will have higher purchasing power by 1-2 times the bank negara CPI, and will always enjoy inflation)
60% spending in property/equity investments
10% spending in 0% inflation goods
20% spending in basket of goods
10% spending in high inflation goods

Example typical middle class serf spending (ie: will suffer 10%-15% yearly inflation, or around 3 times the Bank negara CPI)
0% spending in property/equity investments
10% spending in 0% inflation goods (ironically their phone is the best recurring spending)
20% spending in basket of goods
60% spending in high inflation goods
10% spending in lottery/skim cepat kaya (which is 100% inflation, and they this confuse with investments)

So, TLDR: anyone who does not suffer from inflation are barisan nasional troopers AND/OR financially savvy person

Hey guys, just now I was on the way from KLCC to Kelana jaya on LRT to buy some japanese rice.

Anyways, i was playing Valkyrie profile as usual, and there was this chinese lady, who was wearing a short skirt, and clearly can almost see her panties

anyways, being the courteous person i am (and block headed), i saw the situation, and said "madam, there are kids on board this train, so you might want to assume a less demeaning sitting position".

Hey guys, last year i went to a business trip to Indonesia. as souvenirs, i bought 36 packs of Indo mee which are not sold in malaysia (three of each premium and normal indomee).

Now i realise that all is going to expire in 6 months, so i need to eat 6 indomie per month so that i can finish it in time
