Hi everyone, here's a story of mine that I would like to share to all of you, seeking for advice at the same time

so what happen was this year, we decided to break up, she said she's tired and yes im tired too. She said I disappointed her too much, her heart broken too much and she doesnt love me anymore especially all the bad things i did that made her heart broken several times like I did not celebrate her birthday for 2 years due to some reasons and all the arguements that will never have a conclusion made her fed up. The main reason why we break up is we have different perspectives on most things and it caused too much of arguments,

She's the type of sensitive + diverse thinking woman, which means
1) she gets mad over weird things
2) anything happens she always blame others instead of herselves, and if you dont support her even she's wrong, bad things happen
3) she has weird thinking, everytime she has problems and she needs advice she will ask from me, but she only listens to the answer that she wants.
(these are agreed by most of my friends and some of her friends.)

While what she hates about me is that
1) im not attentive enough for her, no heart for her she always say (which im trying my best to improve myself on this),
2) she said im wasting my talent as im a lazy person I skipped a lot of classes but I'm actually good in academic cus I did most of her assignments.
3) she earns a lot of money as a student (she's a freelancer with a very decent pretty face and body, she has a lot fans and thats what makes me feel unsecure right now ) while I'm still a college student earning nothing
4) I break promises, quite many

so what happen now is, after breaking up with her, I feel really bad, I couldnt sleep most of the nights, I miss all the moments with her. I did something stupid like :
1) I called her one day and we meet up and talk in the car, ended up both of us crying mentioning all the bad memories and arguments we had
2) I called her another day midnight asked whether we can talk and she said she dont feel like talking so she hang off
3) then few days back I called her and talk to her like friends, she seems fine to talk to me, so I asked a lot questions and know something like she's living fine now with all her new friends, she even go out with a guy but wouldnt reveal what's their status, she said she's living fine without me, so I asked her if we could go out and talk sometimes, she said sure but she's quite busy with her working life and sometimes she will wonder how am I doing and etc.
4) told her to promise me to let me know immediately when she got a new bf, she's said ok.
5) I asked her if I'm going to chase her back what will she think, she said at this moments its quite hard for her to accept, but in the future she's not sure.

*it's really weird, sometimes she can ignore me when i message her, and sometimes she picks up my call and we can talk like ok and agreed to go out with me, I really dunno what is she thinking

It's her birthday on next month, I planning on giving her a surprise and get her back on her birthday. As mentioned, I gave her some bad memories during her birthday which makes her feel really disappointed and sad when her birthday is coming. So I wanted her to be happy on this birthday, the plan is I've decided to :
1) record a video of me myself going back to the places that we created all the good memories we had together and show her during her birthday
2) bring her to an open space, decorated with romantic candles tell her that day about how much I want her back and let her know that I am willing change to a better person and I'm ready to chase her back again.

fyi :
1) its her and my first love
2) we are both 22 years old this year

the question is do you guys think that :
1) deep down in her heart, she still has some feeling towards me?
2) is it too early to do this cumback plan? as mentioned she said she needed time
3) will this plan be successful to get her back?
4) am i doing the right thing here?
5) will it ends up good if we managed to get back together?
