need help here,dont know whether im posting in the right section or not...i used windows xp for quite some time....did install iis for my project....just want to set up my pc as a local server...the prob here is i just switched to vista,can anyone guide me on how to instll iis?

hi,i wanted to format my k40ab..he just bought it,but the problem is there is already 3partition...one maybe got linux...the other two i forgot.my friend told me to combine the other two..currently want to instl vista..so he deleted the partition thas was already on the laptop..now i cant manage to format it..help pls...it said need ntfs to instll but cant

guys,need help wth my old lappy...maybe hardware or software..what might be the prob tht could cause a lappy to BSOD...sometimes when i want to defrag...halfway then it goes bluescreen...also when i try to scan for viruses...the same thing happens...any ideas ofr software to check this prob?

p/s: when formating to new o.s same prob appears...bsod again...after several attempts to format,succeded...could it be faulty ram or hdd?

lately my pc is giving me a headache...it seems hard to turn it on..what i mean is when i try to on my pc,it beeps....check everything,but wont on....then i pull out the ram n put it back,can on,then it happens again when i want to switch it on...what could cause this to happen?

i got an apacer thumbdrive...but apparently the files cant be deleted...its says that its write protected...
tried to format it also,but cant...

got a lil bit of a prob here...
using xp sp2..
the prob here is i cant del the administrator acc..
once i finished installed my o.s...it automatically logs as admin right...so,ive created a new acc n setup ass admin n password protected..
but once i restart,there's two admin...one which is mine n the default one..how can i do it?
it for sure doesnt log on to my admin at startup...

hi guys...kinda wondering why my cpu is getting hot...
currently using am2 4600+ ..
the prob im facing here is when im gaming the temp just comes around at the highest of 36degress..
using gigabyte g-power pro..
idle just comes around at 27degress up to 29 smtimes 30 it the weather is hot...
but when im on9,when i connect via LAN,my cpu temp rises up to 33...
now i brought my pc to college,now using wireless usb,
the tempt rises up 2 36,37,38degress...
how does the wirelss usb effect the cpu?
any way i can reduce the heat?

hi guy..got some prob here...my rig just went down,huhu,silly me...thats not the a big prob for me,as my proc goes for RMA,is there anyway i can use my LCD with a laptop?like going multiple display,it could be done on pc's,but never heard of doing it on a laptop....if yes,can u pls describe?thanks in advance...
