780ti tearing and crash cant play the sims 3

I am discovering bad tearing when i benchmarking my 780ti with using 3dmark11 performance test and unigine 4.0 , also something i heard coil whine but it is rare to occur . The coil whine happen only when loading and i also heard clicking sound . Even when i on vsync adaptive and triple buffering the tears still occur .

unigine 4.0 / 3dmark11 (P)when stock clock GPU = minor tearing
unigine 4.0 / 3dmark11 (P)when OC GPU= severe/worse tearing and crash .

also that i was unable to play the sims 3 smoothly , i got frequent freezing and very low FPS to 19FPS . but i also play Crysis 3 , battlefield 4 without having any problem with lag or freeze or crash .

When i first start this game it said : GPU not detected . i never got this warning from other games except the sims 3 .

i do contact customer support from Nvidia and Origin(the sims 3 )

what i got the feedback from nVidia = they said the card might need to be RMA because of the tearing and the developer of the The Sims 3 have to fix the problem for the 780Ti .

What i got the feedback from Origin : the said the have no idea the GPU not detected . They said they will overlooked at my case and investigate it from specialist Team .

was my display TV causing this problem , i am not using monitor . This TV got 60hz refresh rate and at 768 pixel . Not full hd . i am looking forward to purchase monitor in next few months .

Should i RMA this card ?

I am sorry if this topic bug out some user , as i also user needs to clarify something that i dint onwed , before i buy this nvidia from the vendor leadtek , i also need explaination .

The propose because i scare the leadtek 780ti will not having the same spec with reference card , meaning i scare the card will be lower in core clock , mhz and memory boost . Example the nvidia 780ti having 863mhz base clock , and i wonder if leadtek got same 863mhz or lower .

I also i need to know the component of the chip , assamble , and Solder quality good as the reference model .

I am also very glad if some of you having this card want to share the benchmark and gpu-z , i loved to , and appreciate it very much if you willing to .

So guys it is not that hard to help me , please . I am about to buy one of these at idealtech .
