The newer Strata Act 757 is gazetted, which taking act.

Obvious change from the old act.

1. Developer need to sub-divided the property, aka doing the strata title when handle the key time/vacant possession.

2. Management corporation( or most peope knew as JMB, (JMB is for property that before issuing of strata title)), Chairman only can hold term for 2 consecutive years, committee member 3 consecutive years.

3. Setting up Strata Management Tribunal to handle the strata title property issues.

Is it a serious malware?
So far little info on the net regarding this malware/trojan.
Only know related to exploit javascript on adobe

I purchased an amplifier at a car accessory shop and was charged extra RM12.00 on top of total bill. Paid via credit card.

Is this the usual practice?

I was shocked to see extra RM12.00 being charged in total sum.....

Window activation problem

My company had purchased one compaq desktop that come with pre-installed Win XP years back, but after 1 year or so, mobo died, so send to computer shop and they replaced another new mobo, and the computer shop did all including reinstall the WIN XP and activated.

So after several years of use with problem free, now the HDD breakdown. So I took another unused HDD to replace it and format and reinstall the Win XP, but after completion, the Win XP refused to be re-activated. Wonder why? It is genuine Win XP but seems like can't get the activation done online and left 30 days for activation period.

Anyone face similar situation before? Solution?

I am going to build a new CPU with onboard graphic which is mainly and enough for normal office task, light gaming, and DVD movie.
I had an old 128MB ATI x550 grahpic card, so should I use it?

Performance wise, x550 > 780G, or Ge7025 onboard graphic?

Any performance boost from the x550 or should stick with onboard graphic and forget about the x550?

One of my company computer running xpsp2 has its folder option missing, first I taught someone screw up the Folder Option. But when I type regedit at the 'run', the computer restart itself everytime. Type 'dir' at the Dos command prompt also the same.

What kind of problem or virus causing?
Any solution to it?

KLSE has no steam.

As said before local front has plenty of problem ahead, inflation is eating our saving again.

Also with Fed rate cut of 0.5%, it will send the USD plunging and oil price and commodities surging as yesterday oil price (Nymex) reached new high of USD82+.
So although the rate cut is good for the stock market, it is not a total solution for the subprime market but it does help. The subprime issue needs to be slowly healed itself, there is no quick fix.

Watch out today and tomorrow quarterly result for borkers like Merill Lynch, Morgan and especially Bear Stern. It will set the tone of the market movement for the next few day.

But KLSE currently is detached from US and world market mainly due to lesser foreign participant compared to beginning of the year as volume won't lie, still at a lower and subdue side.

Currently the most bullish market is HK, buy the HSI-CW (Hang Seng Index) earns quite good gain from it. The warrant is 'in money' with exercise price 23,000, conversion rate of 2500:1.
This warrant has risen more than 100% in the past 1 month.
