Noted Window Experience Index did not improve as the GPU is the bottleneck. I rerun the assessment after disable few programs last night. I was shocked because the score was worst. However its the CPU that had the lowest score, instead of 7.1 now it become 5.4 only. The others did not changed i.e Memory 7.3/ Aero 6.7/ 3D 6.7/ Data transfer 7.9<br />Only today I realized my CPU operated with 1 core.<br />Is my CPU busted?
