Hang+Buzzing Sound On Windows 10

Hi Everyone,

Seeking some advice from all the sifus here, currently whenever I am gaming and i switch from one windows gaming client to another client, the pc tends to hang and a loud buzzing sound would come from my speakers.

My Pc Specs:

Intel Core i7 6700
Asus Z170 Pro Gaming
Corsair Carbide 400c
Corsair Vengeance Led 8X2 GB
Samsung 850 Pro
Gigabyte GTX1070 Windforce OC|
Corsair H115i

This is what i did to try to resolve on the issues:

1. Previously on 4th gen haswell setup, changed every hardware possible as shown above except for my PSU. Could it be the PSU problem? (my AX860i is close to 3 years)
- Checked the fan on the psu,seems to be running normal
2. Did a stress test on cpu. Temps seems to be stable. (Proc is like 2 weeks old, doubt it's the proc giving me problems)
3. Temps for cpu,gpu, are normal during idle and high load.
4. Rams are definitely new, tested as well. everything is fine
5. Running everything on default on my bios and no OC has been done.

So the question is, could it be the OS causing this?i tried to reformat my windows a couple of times, yet it is not helping . Hopefully someone is kind enough to provide some feedback on my issue. Thanks.
