Resident Evil 2 Remake is getting 3 free DLCs!

TendouJigoku — Thu, 31 Jan 2019 11:19:08 +0800

QUOTE

Free DLC is coming to Resident Evil 2 Remake starting in February, Capcom has confirmed. The Ghost Survivors is a trio of ‘what if’ stories following three other survivors of the Raccoon City outbreak. Leon and Claire aren’t the only people doing exciting things amid the zombie apocalypse.

No Time to Mourn, Runaway and Forgotten Soldier explore the survivor stories of the gunshop owner, the mayor’s daughter and the soldier, respectively. The first, No Time to Mourn, is due out on February 15.

Capcom has a mixed reputation when it comes to DLC. The Street Fighter series is particularly bad for it, but Monster Hunter: World, on the other hand, has enjoyed a whole year on PS4 and six months on PC of free updates and events, full new outfits, weapons and challenges. Hopefully, Resident Evil 2 will be more like the latter.

I don’t have any illusions that I’ll be finished with Leon and Claire’s stories before the DLC starts appearing. Resident Evil 2 isn’t a long game, unless you play it in 30 minute slices because that’s all your timid heart can handle. As I confessed in last week’s highs and lows, I’m much better at being zombie chow than a zombie slayer.

If you’re already hungry for another remake, Capcom hasn’t announced plans for Resident Evil 3, but the publisher is apparently open to it. Speaking to Game Watch (via Dualshockers), producer Yoshiaki Hirabayashi said Capcom remade Resident Evil 2 after years of fans asking for it, so they’ll need to ask for its successor just as emphatically.

"The Ghost Survivors" is coming as free DLC in February!

Countless lives were lost in the unprecedented biological disaster which eventually came to be known as the "Raccoon City Incident." If only things had gone just a little bit differently, perhaps a few more souls might have survived...

"The Ghost Survivors" explores this "if only," showing the imagined fates of three victims of the Raccoon City Incident. Turn back the clock, and explore this "what if" scenario as a member of a special forces team, the mayor's daughter, and a certain gun shop owner.

Some people said that I could try write a letter asking for discount to PTPTN. The problem is I have no idea whether it is going to work and I don't wanna waste time waiting for an answer as my bunga pinjaman will keep on increasing over time.

Berkenaan kes Speaker Australia letak jawatan...

TendouJigoku — Tue, 04 Aug 2015 10:47:10 +0800

Berkenaan isu Speaker Australia letak jawatan.

QUOTE

SYDNEY – Speaker Parlimen Australia, Bronwyn Bishop mengumumkan peletakan jawatannya semalam susulan kemarahan rakyat berhubung perbelanjaan perjalanan pemimpin berkenaan.

Is it a good decision to purchase the GTX970 now?

TendouJigoku — Sun, 08 Feb 2015 04:05:32 +0800

Okay guys, I look forward on purchasing the GTX970 soon. However, I wonder whether is it suitable time to purchase the card now or better wait for some other time. I'm aware about the GTX970 VRAM fiasco and I personally think that it will not affect me since I don't think I'll be gaming in (if not more than) 1080p, 4k resolution and dual monitors.

The thing that worries me for now is the price. Will there be a price drop for the card in the near future or should I purchase it soon before the price hike (if it happens)?
Sorry, I'm a poorfag so yeah, price matters a lot to me. GTX980 is great but it's too expensive for me and my wallet. The GTX970 sounds like more bang for the buck so I rather stick with it for now.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I wanna buy the card to play Far Cry 4 and Modded Skyrim.

Advice?

Dying Light cancelled on PS3 & Xbox 360

TendouJigoku — Thu, 30 Oct 2014 04:29:00 +0800

QUOTE

Polisher developer Techland has announced upcoming free-running zombie title Dying Light will no longer release on Xbox 360 or PS3.

A post on the studio's Facebook suggests too many compromises would be required in order to get the older systems to run the title yet "stay true to the core vision".

"For instance, up to 200,000 objects can be displayed in the game at once," the post explains with regards to the technical demands of the title. "Add to this our use of realistic, physics-based lighting technology and you really start to push the next-gen systems to the limits.

"Features like these along with our core gameplay pillars – such as the player-empowering Natural Movement, threefold character development system, and vast open world – are all an inherent part of how Dying Light plays. However, combining all of these into one fluid experience is only possible on technologically advanced platforms.

"Therefore, after thorough internal testing, we have come to the conclusion that we have no choice but to leave past-gen systems behind and release Dying Light exclusively on the next-gen consoles and PC. Put simply, older consoles just couldn’t run the game and stay true to the core vision of Dying Light at the same time."

~~For more on Dying Light, check out impressions from the E3 2014 demonstration, or if multiplayer is more your bag, see what we thought of its Evolve-esque mode when we took it for a spin at Gamescom.~~

Dying Light hits PS4, Xbox One and PC on January 27 in North America, January 28 in Australasia and January 30 Europe.

It's like a big slap to the face of those current-gen owners who are still waiting for the game to be released in their respective console.

Samsung's latest technology

TendouJigoku — Wed, 15 Oct 2014 18:53:27 +0800

QUOTE

Samsung Electronics says that its latest breakthrough can make Wi-Fi up to five times faster than what we are using now.

Its 60GHz Wi-Fi technology allows for transmission speeds up to 575MB per second, which is 5 times faster than the current maximum speed possible, 108MB per second. According to Samsung, this speed allows for a 1GB movie to be transferred between devices in less than 3 seconds. Samsung also says that uncompressed high-definition videos can be streamed from mobile devices to TVs in real-time without any delay.

The latest breakthrough overcomes previous challenges inherent with 60GHz waves, which travel by line-of-sight and are affected by obstacles like walls, by utilizing a new antennae and eliminating co-channel interference.

Samsung hopes to commercialize the new Wi-Fi technology as early as next year, and expects to integrate it into medical devices, phones, and smart home appliances.

You can transfer a 1GB movie in less than 3 seconds.

Ubisoft Executive says DLC is accepted

TendouJigoku — Thu, 10 Jul 2014 09:42:55 +0800

QUOTE

A Ubisoft executive has revealed DLC adoption is on the rise while Season Passes are more accepted than ever thanks to "good design". Speaking to Gamesindustry, VP of digital publishing Chris Early asserted that resistance to digital purchasing methods is decreasing, thanks largely to design changes so nothing feels forced.

"I think there are some models that are accepted now, DLC is pretty much accepted. Season pass is pretty much accepted." he said. "Now it's interesting when you start to think of Season Pass as a Service Pass. For our Season Pass holders, I know we hold events for them specifically, so it's little bit more than just DLC content. So there's an evolution going on there."

"Where it hurts is when you feel like you're forced, or you're at a disadvantage or can't do it unless you [pay money]. That's kind of a remorseful feeling, and nobody likes that." Citing last year's Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag as an example of this practice done right, Early highlighted the option to buy in-game resources and reveal the location of collectibles as convenient time-savers rather than game-breaking inclusions.

LCW is going to play for the next Thomas Cup

Is this for real? Is he going to be really fit for the next Thomas Cup?

QUOTE

TERNYATA pemain No.1 dunia, Datuk Lee Chong Wei masih belum berpuas hati selagi tidak berjaya mendakap trofi Piala Thomas.
