Investment: Landed Property or Aptmt/Condo?

I've had friends on either side of the boundary in terms of property investment.

Some say go for landed property as the land itself carries value and overtime profit flips without putting too much effort into it.

On the other hand some say it's easier to invest on apartment/ condominiums as the cost would be much affordable and would land on quick sale easily.

Other aspects including heritage/ location/ opportunity etc...

What do you say? As an overall point of view.

Bonus question: Does leasehold / freehold still matter nowadays?

Developer Company Reputation?

Am in search for new launch property for future investment. Before this, I did hear from people saying that the developers are huge factor in part of your buying process. i.e. Mah Sing heard they are reputable but not to be as great as it seems, a lot of their properties are below market value but suffer from after sales repair like flooding, leaking defect etc...
So what exactly is a good developer? Which companies do you hear most good words about? Tolong share yaa tqqq

5 star Shangri-La Buffet Voucher for sale

Hi, I am giving up 8 vouchers from Groupon to dine at Putrajaya Shangri-la 5 star hotel buffet which I was suppose to attend this coming Saturday (21 June 2014). Then something came up, I have no choice but to open to public whether anyone's interested for a grab. Otherwise it would be wasted, as in BURNNNED

Per pax was RM110, I got it from Groupon at RM77. Dont worry I didnt increase the price therefore its like a zero income to me. I just wanna get rid of the vouchers
