Where can add hole to leather watch strap?

Hi guys,

I just bought a watch and found the strap a little too long, adding 1 more hole will be perfect but I don't have a hole puncher, and I don't want to use screw driver to make a crappy hole.

Is there any watch shop will help to do that? or where can I buy a leather hole puncher (1.5mm)?

I know buying PS3 from Sony Centre can get peace of mind. But still, have to ask.

Seems some shop is selling cheaper price with Sony Malaysia warranty, can suggest my any shop in lowyat/sg.wang that provide Sony Malaysia warranty?

What is the catch here? can give advice for things i need to look out? (e.g. fake warranty/item?)

I need to work near Masjid Jamek lrt station, need place to stay that is in walking distance to any lrt station.
Which area is good in term of:

a)less robbery(safe)
b)near food stall/restaurant
c)rental below rm450
d)Condo/apprtment that have more local staying
