Item(s) conditions: Ok,first off the laptop itself is 100% functioning,no problems whatsoever. Aesthetically though, there's a couple of damage. See, couple of weeks ago, the laptop fell of the chair while it was inside a bag while I was packing it up to bring it to a friend's house. Honestly, I have no idea how it fell off the chair, I usually place it on the bed when I want to pack it up but that day I was in a hurry. I almost cried when I saw it fell off the chair, I couldn't do anything coz it happened so fast. Luckily when I picked it up and inspect it,there's no major damage,only a slight dent on the corner of the top cover and a tiny crack near the rear vent, you can see it in the picture below.
I've checked everything, and there's no other damage done to it. Everything is working fine and not even a single dead pixel. If it wasn't for the damage from the little accident, the laptop would have been in mint,like new condition. I haven't checked with dell regarding warranty cover or repair cost. I would like to sell the laptop as it is in its current condition at a bargain price. If I were to send it to dell for warranty claim or repair for the damage then the price would be higher. So no lowball offer please.

Reason for sale: I'm selling due to the M17x being too much of a laptop for me as I rarely play games this days,and if I do I only play fifa 13 and dota 2 so this laptop is a little of an overkill for me.

Broken Laptop LCD

I broke my acer LCD few days ago..it's really bad.only a small section in the top left of the lcd is still viewable.the notebook is 1 1/2 year old now and afaik warranty wont cover broken lcd's.and worse it'll cost me RM1k plus to replace my lcd screen...so im only left with one option and that is to use an external display/monitor.the problem is i cant configure the settings in my notebook to use external display since i cant see the settings.like i said earlier only a small section in the top left is viewable...is there any way i can bypass the setting from the acer e-manager and use an external display/monitor as my primary display?...ur guys' help would be much appreciated.
