Apply different position in same company

I was 'window shopping' at jobstreet and found a position that I am interested.

Even though it was not for my major, but I can meet all the job requirement and can handle the job scope.

After going through some researches, I found that the company is offering another similar position, but could give me a better opportunity in a better department.

However it is tougher to get due to higher requirement required, even though it did called for my major.

Should I apply for both, or the one has higher chance (but not-so-good opportunity, or vice versa?

Emerson Network Power Graduate Engineer Program

Hi, I was being called for an interview for graduate engineer position in Emerson Network Program.
I actually applied the position in S'pore, but the HR told me that this program will be done in Msia, so I guess maybe the people from the region will be here together?
I wanna know if any1 been through, and care to share about it, maybe the technical assessment first?Thanks

Mouse can move but can't click on google chrome

Hi all the shifu, I have recently bought a new logitech mouse, and I have used it today. It was fine for few hours until suddenly I can move it around but I can't click anything. The computer still works fine (accessible via keyboard). It remains the same after I changed back to my old mouse or use the trackpad. It can only be solved after I plug out mouse and restart my lappy. Currently I am using back my old mouse and it is fine. Hence anyone can advice where is the problem? driver conflict? new mouse faulty? Thanks

Issue updated
* After i plug back my old mouse and use it was completely fine
I delete the old mouse usb driver and plug out old mouse, and switch back the new mouse.
It was completely fine until some point the same problem happen again
The problem happen when i using google chrome, and the windows getting affected as well. However it works fine when i Alt+tab to firefox (the problem still going on google chrome and windows). and it fixed after I close google chrome with end task function. Hence I suppose it is related to googel chrome.
Hope any shifu can help

Besides, what's the average charge for cleaning the fan and apply thermal paste?Thanks

Weird Issue during Start Up

Guys, my desktop is having some problem. Everytime when I start the computer, the screen will show as below.
I have replaced the hardisk previously, not sure if this affects so.
